Winnie was found wandering the streets near downtown Orlando, very thin and dehydrated. She was taken to the shelter by her finders, where she sat for three weeks.
Unfortunately, no owner ever came to pick her up and her finders ended up fostering her. After several months of fostering, Winnie was adopted by a loving family.
